IN REMEMBRANCE OF LATE RANJIT KUMAR DUTTA (RKD)
Late Ranjit Kumar Dutta, was popularly known as RKD, within the circle of The Research Centre for Eastern and North Eastern Regional Studies (CENERS-K).
RKD was one of the founding spirits of CENERS-K, dedicating decades of his life to promoting strategic research and policy dialogue on Eastern and North-Eastern India. The annual R K Dutta Memorial Lecture, instituted by CENERS-K, honours his memory and his enduring contribution to the think tank community in Kolkata.
